Schooled

The Fool on the Hill
Songwriters: John Lennon / Paul McCartney
Day after day, alone on a hill, the man with the stupid grin is raging on still
Nobody wants to know him, they can see that he's just a fool
And he always gives an opinion…
But the fool on the hill sees the sun going down
And the rocks in his head are always tumblin’ around
Well on the way, head in a cloud
The man of a thousand decibels screaming perfectly loud.
But nobody ever hears him, or the sounds he appears to make,
And he always seems to notice…
But the fool on the hill sees the sun going down
And the eyes in his head are constantly spinning ‘round
----
And nobody seems to like him; they can tell what he wants to do.
And he always shows his feelings…
But the fool on the hill sees the sun going down
And the eyes in his head see the world spinning round.
He never listens to them; he knows that they’re the fools,
They don’t like him,
The fool on the hill, sees the sun going down
And the eyes in his head see the world spinning round.

Note:
Initially written for The Beatles vinyl record and film, “Magical Mystery Tour”, in 1967 by Paul McCartney, it was later referenced to the late President Richard Nixon during his tumultuous time in the Oval Office.  It seems very appropriate 50 years later.  Yes, the lyrics have been altered slightly to resemble and reference the current occupant of the Oval Office, Number 45.

Caving-In

Aww, poor, poor, sad, pathetic, bloated, flabby little, huge, inconsiderate
D. J. Trump.
What will he do now?
Not to worry. He'll be on Twitter within a few minutes, lodging a complaint or otherwise complaining about how "unfairly he's being treated."
